Nameless and referred to only as "The Four" or "Them", these strange creatures are believed to be the ones who run the show. It is not known if they even do exist and many viewers assume that to be the truth. Although, those who disagree support the theory that "The Four" are higher beings -- that is, in this case, having no need for a physical vessel.
